COVID and Respiratory Illness Safety Procedures
Keeping you and others safe during your visits
A commitment to one another’s safety and health remains a priority. Please review and comply with the Office Safety Protocols below for the health of all who visit our office.
Office Safety Protocols
Wear a mask prior to entering the office and use it during the duration of your session. If you’ve forgotten a mask I will have them available for you.
Sanitize your hands prior to and upon entering the office, as well as at the conclusion of your session.
Please only bring what you need in to the office.
You are reasonably certain that you have not been exposed to anyone that is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
Within the last 10 days, you are not and have not experienced any symptoms of COVID-19. Symptoms include, but are not limited to cough, fever, chills, sore throat, nasal/sinus congestion, headache, body aches, severe fatigue, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal disturbances, new skin lesions or new loss of sense of taste/smell.
Cancel your session if you feel ill on the day of or night before - there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness.
If you are having symptoms of any illness or allergies with sneezing, coughing, drippy nose, we should also reschedule.
You agree to contact and inform Health Touch Massage Center should you become symptomatic within a 2-week timeframe from the date of your last appointment.
Other Safety Considerations
I will have an infrared lamp for warmth. You may also want to bring a freshly laundered throw or small blanket for warmth in case you prefer to use that.
Please bring in only what is necessary. I have a sterilized bin for your belongings.
Please bring your water with you or leave it in the car for after your session.
I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we need to take to ensure safety during your session. I realize it can be overwhelming to comply with all of these steps before and during your session.
Thank you for being patient and understanding.
